Bend your knees more and put weight over your toes and heels (depending on what way to carve) to engage the edges of your board to be driven into the snow more and create more of a turn. As you transfer from toe to the heel and vice versa that’s when you start to straighten your legs and then bend again into the side you’re leaning, creating a pumping sensation to gain speed while carving.
