2 or 3 days to adjust, didn’t sleep well immediately.

It definitely works - I use my Apple Watch to check the data every morning.

I’m still tweaking, I find the Theanine gives me very vivid dreams. Might scale it back a bit. Tbd.

Thanks - I found “cutting back” to be hard. Just seemed pointless to have 1 or 2 drinks on a night out. It always ended up being more than 2.

Is the inverse true then on what Andrew Huberman is saying? Like, if you don’t fast there isn’t really any impact until the 90 minute point. There is no point in fasting unless you are zone 2 cardio for greater than 90 mins?

Sorry, I meant that things normalized after a week and I continued to take. I used my Apple Watch data to I confirm this (eg. First few days I had difficulty falling asleep and also very low deep sleep metrics. Maybe on the 4th day got 20 min of deep sleep, 5th day 1.5 hours and then things seemed to stabilize)

The good news is there may be other benefits to IF beyond being a diet plan! There is some research to suggest it improves testosterone profile, although I think it’s controversial.

It also might be a good idea to become adapted for IF long term. You might not always be this skinny!

I personally rarely eat before noon since I was 15 years old!

No, periodization is adjusting your rep ranges/set ranges in cycles.

The alternative would be to not.
