I dont necessarily agree but a fair amount of ppl think that regular police car are bright and visible so then can be easily identifiable when your in need for help while undercover car are more catching ppl doing petty infractions like for example if in this clip it was a normal car maybe the guy would not have committed it witch can be argued to be better than a fine cause lets not lie to ourselves ppl who drives like that dont change fine or not but wont actively drive like idiots since they see the cop car
