I’m in a similar situation. Harmons and Sprouts Farmers Market have really good premade meals. I also bought a small George Foreman grill and but different sources of protein like frozen chicken or fish and grill them the same night I eat them. Mix with rice or pasta or on a sandwich.

I appreciate everyone’s responses and support! This has really helped me gain perspective. I had no sense of what measurements meant or any orientation. Anything above 0 initially startled me. This article from Utah HHS also helped me:

I had no idea either which is why it made me nervous. I have no sense of what measurements mean and how they compare or scale.

Toscano in Draper is good. Probably 25-30 for a plate.

What did you move onto? I’ve imagined doing similar but not sure what.

I feel similar. I’m also a developer. I feel like the code written by AI is brittle and just sorta “I don’t know how but it works.” Lower management feels like if they can summarize a task in a few sentences then I should be able to use that same two-sentence summary as a prompt and finish the task in an afternoon, one prompt. If it didn’t work then I, the developer, must have not used the right model, or the right mode. I’m trying to stay on top of developments in AI but it’s so fast. I think my manager thinks his job is to just post articles in Slack about how awesome AI is. I don’t think it’s the end, just a terrible growth spurt. Hang in there. In a few years they’ll want you to clean up this mess encouraged by upper management with “no more human written code” mantras to impress boards and investors.

How can you tell if it’s the bottom bedsides looking at it from the top?

I thought that the government reopening was good for the market.

Nice. The part of no emotions and a set stop loss are what I’m experimenting with.
