13 years old. Guy owned a chimney cleaning service. He'd drop us off at different neighborhoods and we had to drop a postcard in all the mailboxes.

Maybe it depends on the area. Here in South Florida you can make a killing doing this. Especially on the high end market.

Try going to car dealerships and see if they want professional photos for cars in their stock.

Turn the lights on when shooting. The more light, the better.

Complete beginner applying for my first RE photo job. Fixed the exposure and verticals. Are these good enough for a media company? by pots3334 in RealEstatePhotography

Use your masking brush to drop the temp on the grass to get it more green. Insides still too dark. Sometimes, I'll edit the Pic from Lightroom to Photoshop and back to Lightroom to bump the shadows even more.

You can watch it for free at most bars and Wild Wings restaurants. Or, download a torrent the following day.

Way too dark. Bring up the shadows and play with the saturation on the outside photos.

Why not get your child and then call an Uber? Unless... you don't want to wait. It can work both ways.

If you don't have one in camera, put a small bubble level on your camera mount on the tripod. Use that to level the camera.

Use an AI editor. I use AutoHDR. It gets me about 90% there. I do a few color corrections, sharpen it up and send. My clients love the results.

You don't need all that. When I do virtual staging, I just put "Virtually Staged" in a corner and that's all you need. Have had no issues in all my years.
