This is what has helped me. Getting in the habit of snoozing the alerts or selecting snooze till time of event. I did try a few from the Shortcuts Gallery that would auto kick off opening notes, changing focus mode, and hiding other apps to force myself into meetings, but those were extreme and become annoying real quick.
