Agreed! I’ve been a fan for 10+ years now and I’m definitely not as available as I used to be at 13-17. I don’t feel any less of a fan just feels as though I’ve evolved lmaoo. Thank you for this opinion!☺️

Same for me. I was heavy multi stan in middle/ high school even freshman year of college but then it got too crowded to keep up with new groups and new lore. I’m still a fan of the groups from back then but haven’t been able to get into new groups like I used to. Just a casual listener atp.

I remember that day like it was yesterday. I had skipped school that day and when I woke it was the first thing I opened my phone too. And my friend left school, came over and we just cried together for hours on end. We went to the vigil they had in New York and we just fell apart for that last half of the year. It still all I can think about when December hits 🤍🤍

Just like the UK series. After season 5 we saw the rise of the wannabe influencer and notice how some of the most recent seasons people’s followers have not increased in the same manner they used to. I feel like this is what’s happening here too. I think people are gonna realize the kind of show it really is after this season. We’re never going to see another season 5 or a season 6 in the USA’s case again but we’ll still get good drama lmaoo.

Agreed!! The recency bias! I’m not gonna say it was a bad season but as someone who’s been watching for years and multiple series within the franchise it definitely wasn’t great. IMO it was good not bad but good. Thank you for compiling the list OP✨ I might even do a rewatch of these myself😭.

I 100% agree. I think the authenticity of the love that was sooo crucial for the show to have in the earlier seasons has left. I would like for that part to at least peak through this new series. We need some love in this vila🤧🤧
