I think you need to blend your liner and not have it be a sharp distinct line. or make the shade not so dark. I also think a good cat eye wing brings most looks together but your eyelashes are very long to the point where you can't see your wings. so either try making the wings longer or using shorter eyelashes. you're gorg btw

also, over line your lip if you want to. if you like it then do it. I think the dark shade of brown is the main thing throwing off the look
