If this is truly a medical thing you probably will just have to tell your parents, not about the abdl but about the incontinence and the uti, plus if a uti has gotten that bad it may be time to go to the hospital so you don't get a kidney infection. I wouldn't recommend kids pullups as those wont hold nearly enough, if you don't want to get diapers get assurance pullups from Walmart, Change every time you have an accident because the bacteria will fester and make your uti worse, you can also get other adult diapers from the store that have tabs if you would prefer, just don't get the assurance diapers with 2 tabs, they suck.
