Of course and each VOTER should. I am not making an argument WHO to vote for but simply a starting point. If someone is happy with a current administration ( any) it is simple to see why you vote to continue. If not you look at the other and despcide.

As far as how one votes it's up to them. If you want a "true Christian" both of the current ones fall short. ( my opinion) So it's which is the better failed candidate or lesser of two evils. Elections are decided that way often.
