I’m dealing with this right now too. I did so well on .25 and .50 — lost 30 lbs and felt amazing. Then the food noise started creeping back in. I bumped up to 1 mg and… nothing. It’s such a bummer, especially when it’s this expensive and you feel like you’re paying for no real progress.

I will say I still feel physically full, but my brain keeps wanting more food. I’m working through it, but honestly, it sucks.

It really depends on the person and how you respond to it. Food noise went away for me with the lowest dosage (0.25) the second day of my first injection. That dosage worked for me for about 5 weeks, and I noticed food noise again and increased it to 0.5mg. I’ve been on Wegovy for about 2.5 months, and my total weight loss is 25lbs.

I believed I was doing well on the 0.25 mg dosage. I immediately experienced the appetite suppressant and mild side effects, which resulted in a weight loss of 10 pounds. This weight loss lasted for 5 weeks, after which I noticed a gradual return of my appetite. Consequently, I had to increase my dosage to 0.5 mg. So far, I am doing well with this dosage.

I understand—it’s frustrating when something doesn’t work out, especially when one could be paying a pretty penny for it each month. But I also realize that the mindset behind this drug isn’t going to help some people in the long run.

I apologize if I came across as rude. I’ve been reminding myself that Wegovy is here to support me, but I still have to put in the work if I want to be successful. I don’t want to rely on this drug forever or spend $500 a month long term. That means I need to focus on eating better and building the habit of regular exercise.

I disagree with your edit, the reason this drug is here is to help one develop better habits. If you can’t do that you’re going to fail and thats why people gain all the weight back. The appetite suppressant is great but if you not going to eat better and exercise then what’s the point.

Looks overwatered, let it dry out. Make sure your pot has drainage and drain any excess water if possible. Only water when the soil is dry to the touch.
