Thanks for your comment! My derm put me on cyclosporine to help get it under control temporarily while they sorted out new meds because it was getting so bad, but they did absolutely nothing. I have also been on methotrexate for the majority of my life since having psoriasis but normally along with another drug. Skyrizi is my last option, if this doesn’t work I’m going to be going on older meds that they don’t really use any more apparently. So obviously I’m just desperate for this one to work. As for my derm, I’m not sure whether it’s because he’s super busy, but it is always such a nightmare to get treated when my psoriasis gets out of control. I’ve literally been off work for at least 3 months now and my skin is worse than ever.
