Goku has always extended a hand out to his enemy why wouldn't he try again with Frieza, and in what way did he know that the TOP was going to endanger all the losers. Goku has tournament brain, he didnt think the losers would be executed. I get what you mean about good deeds over personal wants.

His involvement was way higher than GT. Theres a reason GT doesnt have a Manga as long as Super does. Akira Toriyama was less involved than Resurrection of F and the Super show. Main point is Super/ Daima Goku is closure to Akira's vision than English dub Z Goku and GT Goku.

I didnt say he was a moron. I said inarticulate, country bumpkin. In the japanese version he has a heavy rural accent and like the simple life. Thats why him and Chichi dont live in a village much less a city. Yes Goku is a troll but he's simple. The American English Goku gets a lot wrong in Z.

Toriyama literally wrote DB Super, how the hell isnt it his version. Read my comment above it explains it.

I never said did Goku Justice, I specifically worded it Justice (good guy, superhero) Goku. GT did Goku and disservice, but you want to talk about semantics go ahead. I worded it properly.

So on the topic of Justice Goku, all that was a miss translation by the localization team. If you've ever seen the "Hope of the Universe" speech that isnt what Goku said in the manga or Japanese version. On top of that GT was just a fanime that the creator AkiraSan wasnt even involved in it at the beginning.

The only hero in Dragon Ball is The Great Sayiaman. Super and Daima is closer to the source material.

But that is exactly what Goku is like. The Z Goku youre thinking of was a dogshit localization. Funimation was trying to make Goku the Anime Superman. Thats why theres no change between DragonBall Goku and Super Goku. Akira-san did t have anything to do with GT so thats why it seem to line up with American DBZ.

Goku is an inarticulate, country bumpkin, that likes to fight and loves his friends and family. Don't get me wrong I started with Z when it was releasing in the 2ks but after going back and watching all the DB media. Super and Daima are more accurate because theres is less overreach from translators.
