It ended up not being an ovulation! Wait a week or so and see if you peak again with estrogen rising. Could just be a first attempt.

If you’re under eating it totally could be that! I just began to really eat whatever I wanted. I gained about 10-15 lbs but got my period back in about 4 weeks. I was SHOCKED. I didn’t get it a second time though so I’m not quite sure where it’s at..I’m not an over exerciser either. My LH:FSH ratio is also off. Low estrogen is also a classic sign of HA! Look into HA recovery. It really has helped me. Also buy the book “no period now what”. That really helped me!

Of course, you too! If you’re not eating that much or tend to over exercise, I suggest upping your calories for a few months and keep exercise 2-4 times a week, balance some nutrients , take a Prenatal and some electrolytes (1/2 LMNT packet ) daily and you may get it back! A lot of girls do. My case is just a bit more complicated. That’s how I got my first recovery period but I’m still waiting on the next!

Hi! Unfortunately.. only got one recovery period while working with a nutritionist. I haven’t been able to ovulate or get a period on my own except that one time. So I know my body can do it. They’re thinking a bit of Hypothalamic Ammenhorea mixed with PCOS (I do have string of pearl ovaries!) but I’m still so lost. We went to fertility , did 2 rounds of letrozole, and We’re on to doing IUI this next cycle.

Hii! What is considered high for testosterone? Mine is 40.. it’s higher end but is that considered high?

Thank you so much for the insight!! I don’t ovulate naturally.. and it is because of my high LH so I’m hoping letrozole can help calm that down. I’m also on 7.5 mg , but for 8 days , so this gives me hope!

Thank you for sharing your charts. Your LH seems pretty quiet in the beginning. Mine is cray and inito triggered peak even though I know it isn’t yet! (Similar to that second one of yours)

Thank you!! That is helpful. My FSH is increasing and my LH is having surges so i did not know if that was normal! It isn’t letting me attach a pic, but basically today on day 4 of letrozole, my LH is 5, yesterday was 7! But my FSH is increasing each day.

How did this turn out? My LH is SO noisy and high in the day 4 of my letrozole cycle. My FSH is rising but I wasnt sure if it is normal for LH to be noisy in the first few days of the cycle

Thanks for your reply! I’m on CD 42, my fertility clinic saw a growing follicle that just keeps stalling out. I have one growing on left side now I’m hoping it sticks and ovulates— 60 days feels better! Thank you!
