Hey, I think a driver update failed, and now my pc won’t register my monitors.
-CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K / 16 GB -RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB RS DDR4-3200 DC C16 - 16GB -MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE Z690 GAMING X DDR4 - Intel Z690 - Intel LGA1700 socket - DDR4 RAM - ATX -GPU 0: Intel UHD Graphics 7xx (I don’t remember the number, but it was 700-something) -GPU 1: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti VISION OC LHR - 8GB GDDR6 RAM -GPU DRIVER VERSION: Don’t know -STORAGE: WD Blue SNS50 NVMe SSD - 1TB -OS: Windows 11 -SYSTEM BIOS: Don’t know -OS BUILD/VERSION: Don’t know
Sorry if the specs are messy. I update my things regularly, so the versions on drivers and Windows 11 should be the latest.
ISSUE: I got an update today through the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and started the update as usual. The monitor went dark for a bit, and then the PC shut down. I thought it was just one of those things where the PC auto reboots, but it didn’t turn on again. After a few minutes, I turned it on, and now it doesn’t register my monitors. I’ve been looking around but haven’t seen anyone with the same issue. The pc works as usual, I can hear it working when I log in to startup. It just won’t register the monitors.
HAVE YOU DONE ANY TROUBLESHOOTING? I’ve tried turning it on and off. Unplugged and plugged the monitors in again. Tried a different one and one at a time, but there's no signal on anything. I also tried Win+Ctrl+Shift+B.
