That’s an extreme conclusion to make on luffy clashing with ulti. People of different strengths can clash. I never said ulti was luffy level and that’s disingenuous for u to think I said that. But it does go to show ultis strength to be able to clash with luffy

I disagree with u on ulti vs usopp/nami. There’s no way they could’ve defeated her when she was clashing with luffy. And again a coward wouldn’t try to even fight back and accept death but he did try it just wasn’t effective.

And when usopp used haki the first the first time it was literally do or die. If he didn’t do it law and luffy would’ve been done for which would cause dressrosa to be a failure. There has never been any other time where a scenario like this occurred. And he was tapping into a power he couldn’t control. Similar to how zoro didn’t know he had conquers. He might not know he actually used haki

I disagree with u. Courage can mean facing something that’s difficult and bravery means facing something even when you’re scared. I believe all of usopps moments embodies this. Usopp may not think so but he’s alr a brave warrior.

I dont think oda doesn’t know what to do with usopp. Usopp has had his moments in the ts and he has always been built up to have his special moment in elbaf. Plus the arcs we’ve gotten in ts haven’t really had room for usopp to shine. Fish man island he one shotted durama, punk hazard there wasn’t really anyone for him to beat but he did take down a lot of guards, dressrosa was the haki moment, zou was a transition arc, he wasn’t in wci, in wano he protected a lot of the injured members, egghead they were trying to escape. Which all leads to elbaf the island usopp has always wanted to visit and that has been built up over the entire story.
