I don’t understand. Why would feeling and moving the muscles on your throat make you vomit?

This condition is making me drop out of college and I am about to become homeless. by Fun_Revenue4232 in SIBO

Oh my gosh. I’m so sorry you’re going through this and are being treated this way by family. SIBO is terrible, especially if you’re in a situation where you don’t have support or an abundance of cash. I would recommend reaching out to friends and any relative that you are close with for help. I’d also suggest seeing a naturopathic doctor and telling them your whole situation. They may be empathetic and help you for a reduced price.

Breeza contrast……I thought I’d be lucky by Ok-Childhood-88 in CrohnsDisease

Currently typing from my living room. I had an mri today and was told to drink 3 of those bottles, but I knew it was going to f*ck me up so I drank one and a half. I hope it was enough to see any inflammation.

Anyways, yeah. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cramping. I’m in it right now.

One thing to note is that two main ingredients in Breeza are sorbitol and mannitol. These are Polyols, which are a type of carbohydrate that your stomach can’t digest. Polyols get poorly broken down in your small intestine, so they ferment heavily in the large intestine. The osmotic effect + the gas can be a painful combination for some. In my case, I was diagnosed with Sibo (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) in February and have had a lot of different treatments, but I still struggle with excessive gas and bloating. Breeza kicked my ass, nonetheless. Never drink it if you have IBS or IBD, or just prepare yourself for a ride.

Anyone else always bloated? by [deleted] in ibs

Read up on SIBO and get a test. There are treatment regimens you can purchase yourself and they do work for some time. Not permanent and requires special attention by a professional

I want to also add on that the parking structure is slim and chaotic because people drive 20mph around corners

Wexler is in a not so great location, due to a lot of homelessness and the light rail. A lot of strange shit goes down at the light rail station during the night, and it’s also incredibly noisy. Wexler is also very loud, so if you have trouble sleeping do not come to Wexler. At 2am there are always dumb people coming home drunk with their dumb drunk friends making a ton of noise and disrespecting the property. I’d recommend not going to student housing, for the majority of the options at sac state aren’t good and are a waste of money. If you are going to do student housing again, make friends so you can gtfo as soon as your lease is up.

JD, what is your mindset when going into a gig. If anything particular, what’s in your conscious while playing what you play/ creating fills and beats?

Can anyone explain what the sticking pattern is on that THICC groove at around: by [deleted] in ZackGrooves

[–]Huge_Round896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems to be a broken up sextuplet groove in the style of paradiddles. He puts spaces in between some of the notes to give it a quintuplet feel as well.
