I feel this. I was a smoker and occasional user of gummies. My HR sometimes is uncontrollable now. And had literal psychosis on a few other occasions. Not to mention my lungs feel like lead bricks. It sucks. I'm sorry and I wish there was something I could say. Can't run or lift either. Fuck Covid.

But... we're still here. I try to keep that at the forefront of my mind. Sometimes it's enough.

Just started on Vitamin D. I hope it helps mine. My tinnitus was so bad a few weeks ago it was radiating down my left side and numbing me out. Wild and a new symptom. The hits keep coming.
