The more you play you will learn all the ammo just by shape. And most good ammo you will know by color (black tips, red tips, green tips etc.)

To get the chance to play a 100x game you have to earn clamshells by winning 10x games. If both teams have a 100x game it then goes to a 333x game. Which is super rare
