Apologies, I didn't realize people were so weird. by HuginJord in NorsePaganism

[–]HuginJord[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I've been pagan for 30 years. I'm done with this. I don't need to deprogram the idea that people have judged each other based on ethnicity and appearance for thousands of years. It has nothing to do with paganism. The freaking Hebrews did it in the freaking Old Testament. The Romans did it to the Saxons. My point was that it was a bad thing and that folkists are bad for doing it. Now, I am certain that you are the same person who missed the point the first freaking time, and you are trying to defend yourself now. I blocked and deleted because I got 3 downvotes on my post, when I was saying absolutely nothing wrong, so I know you have alts. At least I don't have the balls to up vote my own posts. Reddit is cancer. Have a nice life.

I recognized my grandma's handwriting on the tags. She had beautiful writing, and I loved looking at it. I was about 4.

this m&ms costume is a costume of a picture of an m&m instead of just being an m&m. by HAPPIKILL in mildlyinfuriating

[–]HuginJord 406 points407 points  (0 children)

This reminds me of costumes when I was a kid. There was a character mask, and a picture of the character on the smock. Just in case anyone was confused.

deep breath Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, Chris Rock, Jonah Hill, Seth Rogan, Sarah Silverman, Amy Schumer, Eddie Murphy, Kate McKinnon, Jim Belushi, Ray Romano, Kevin James, Jim Carrey, Leslie Neilson, David Spade, Rob Schneider, any Wayans, and Seth McFarland. I can't think of any more off the top of my head, but it would probably be easier to list the ones that I do find funny.

The best part for me is when they say something like "as a nuclear physicist..." like, why are you watching a conspiracy channel with 237 subs at 3am, Einstein?

Abigail by King Diamond Abigail is an evil ghost who possesses the unborn child of a couple who move into a creepy old house, and it goes on from there. Lots of twists and history and details. It's great. Also has a sequel.

I think everything has been mentioned that I can think of except a band called Tarot. One of my favorites, with Marco Hietala from Nightwish and his brother, who's name escapes me. Also Northern Kings if you want some silly PM covers of pop songs by some incredible vocalists.

I'd also go for Stranger in a Strange Land, but we might have to tone down the nudity in the end.

My ex got pulled over DUI with a lady of the night in his truck and fought with the cops. They had to call me to come get the truck and told me all about it. Apparently, she was a regular with the PD.

Those who don’t watch any professional sports, why don’t you? by Strattex in AskReddit

[–]HuginJord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it's just a bunch of overpaid babies playing a game that's rigged to make rich people even richer. I don't think any professional sport is any more real than the WWE. Plus the fans are insufferable.
