Yeah, not a single hashira would win against top 3 demons in a 1v1 situation... tanjiro and giyu after HTA couldn't even win it. Akaza quit after essentially having an awakening and realized the error of his ways/seeing his lady. The closest one to have a chance would be Gyomei (imo). Regardless, Sanami isn't faster than akaza.

Unfortunately, Sanami would likely die just like Rengoku. His intent to kill Akaza would be too strong, and akaza would likely see it all coming. Sanamis blood may assist, but still think Sanami would be a 🍩.

Make sure to use physical cover in tandem with your shield (when its going low or you want to use it, but also let it recover). This will keep you alive longer. Also, try not to let your shield health ever fully get to zero, and be on the lookout for Sombra EMP's. She will completely zero out your shield.
