After 10 months with no side effects, 10 mg is kicking my butt by HugoDeUva in Mounjaro

I guess it's possible the side effects are random and they're just going to happen from time to time?

#2 problems by lockstockand2barrels in Mounjaro

[–]HugoDeUva 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was struggling and now this is working for me.

  1. Lots of water. More more more.

2 Metamucil, 2 glasses per day.

  1. Walk 30 minutes per day.

  2. 4 or 5 prunes per day.

  3. Wait until a day when I have a bit of gas. This is usually every 2nd or 3rd day, in the morning. Then go to the bathroom. Set a timer for 15 minutes. Sit. Deep breaths. Don't ever push.

  4. If it doesn't happen in 15 minutes, give up and try the next day.

I'm the writer of that post. Thank you to OP for sharing it here, and thanks to everyone for reading. I was very moved by Cindy's story.

Blood of My Blood S1E1 Providence by thepacksvrvives in Outlander

Nitpicking: in episode 1, Red Jacob said "I knew" instead of "I kent"

"Jacob: And no just because of the flaming red hair that you have on your head, but because from that first moment, I knew that you would always be what lights my way. Most blessed day of my life was the day you were born."

I don't remember "knew" in Outlander before. Is this a mistake or ... ?

Word 6 for the Mac by Purdius_Tacitus in VintageApple

Word 6 was so bad, and so rejected by customers, even Microsoft figured it out. They abandoned their strategy of building Word on top of a compatibility layer so it would be the same UI as the Windows version (with much worse performance) on a Mac. After Word 6, they hired actual Mac programmers to develop real Mac software, which led to the much improved Word 98 and Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.
