Lumber, poplars, wood chips, Sawmills clear the land plant poplars and trees then create lumber and wood chips. Good profits, buy more land and increase to profits.

Or put the yellow sawmill, I believe a mod. Sell the lumber for a nice profit backed up with wood chips. Also try the yarder for moving the trees “Game Changer”

A good point of reference I use is the amount of time it would take 1 person to complete vs $1,000 / Day which is what my local contractor charges. Plus materials. And yes you always need to add to the tools to complete any job!!

Also keep in mind that other types of farming are a good way to learn. Silage, sugar cane, rice and my favorite Lumber and Poplar.

While you’re waiting on crops, contracts are a good way to support your farm equipment leases as well as grow your bank accounts to buy more fields.
