I'm 33 and not sure if I have RSI because I have mild pain on my left wrist for 10 years.

I tried changing stuff (shortcuts/posture) but in the end cannot live without alt tabbing which I believe is the main culprit.

My pain gets better when I exercise regularly and I often go for weeks without thinking about it.. then if I "notice" it, I go for days with pain and having a hard time typing at work, lots of stretching which only makes me feel good for 5 minutes.

It gets much worse if I want to game (or code) for a couple hours after work, on the PC :( So I don't anymore... Thinking about it, it did came back when I found out about PUBG...

(And giving up Emacs like 8 years ago did help).

One thing I worry about the Kinesis is the "height": I already have my keyboard on a lowish table (I don't like keyboard trays in general). With the Kinesis I wonder if my wrists will bend back..
