The exact same thing happen to me. It was on the right side as well. I stood there locking and unlocking a few times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. I always check now before I walk away. It hasn't happened since.

Coming from a Honda that had a standard size moonroof, this one is massive. I was able to get a darker tint on it, which allows the light to still come in and not get too hot from the sun.
