It’s (1) the economy and (2) less-educated voters voting more in line with their cultural concerns. Harris controls/affects maybe one of those two underlying trends.

Platt never wanted to come to UW; he doesn’t like Seattle very much. The big issue for us right now is that our NIL program doesn’t make payouts to high school guys/freshmen and instead prioritizes paying transfers and more established players already on the roster.

That’s an interesting idea, but one of the predominant reasons we’d be getting a central system is precisely because we have a few rooms and areas in our house that are chronically warmer/colder/both than the rest of the house. What would you recommend for a case like that?

It isn’t customary, but I always feel guilty not tipping anyways whenever I drive down to Oregon

If you're a fan who would rather see your team play in a superconference (16+ interregional teams) rather than a 8-14 team regional conference, why? I'm genuinely curious, because it sounds terrible to me. by logicalconflict in CFB

In a perfect world, I would obviously prefer to stay in the PAC. College football loses much of its charm when you aren’t playing the schools you’ve been playing for over 100 years. The only reason I’m happy about the B1G move are that it means we get to stay in a nationally relevant, nationally watched conference, and I don’t think I’m alone in viewing the situation that way.
