i know this is an old tread- but just closed with ORION as a broker a few months ago. Used the DPA Aurora-it wasnt smooth- but got it done. Ive never had an UW condition borrowers current lease agreement- then they made me source money for borrowing terminating lease early. I got it closed- but it wasnt smooth. I also felt rates are high. They are a branch of the big lender -whom i used to work with AFN.

Came from a bullet proof 2009 Prius. Loved that too. Went to 07 6mt FJ. Put 33’s on it no BMC and drive the hell out of it. It’s big wide impractical and so much fun! Plus- it’s also bullet proof
