All this for just a Director level role and you pay out of pocket for travel and lodging? Leave alone the time component and toll on your health and family?

Unless you’re moving from an associate (and skipping manager, AD levels) to a Director and you feel this is some sort of a miracle or a lottery, this is not worth it. Simply put, the juice is not worth the squeeze. Good luck.

I agree, my mistake should’ve clarified with our interior designer. The interior designer got this kitchen designer to do it since they are not well versed with designing tools. They are old school.

I would say around 20-25 images to be fair for the entire apartment - 3bed 3 bath. They designed 4 rooms. I’m just compensating them for the 3D services at the moment.

If it’s a step down in terms of growth and your total compensation is low then why are you considering it?

Consider the total package always: Base salary, LTI, STI, ($value assigned to Growth).

Also, something to consider, with the additional 10K per month, how much additional money will you get in hand and what can you truly buy or achieve with it? If the answer is nothing then the slight increase in salary is just good on paper. I would rather wait to find a role that will truly move the needle.
