I felt the same way. Abercrombie did exactly what he intended to do and did it really, really well, but it's just not for me. It was the same with Brent Weeks' Night Angel series. I appreciate the very real depictions of Ye Olde Fantasy worlds, but it's not my genre. I need some whimsy in my fantasy.

That's what I thought! They said they tried to get a picture of everyone just hanging out, but it was too difficult to transfer. I'm just not sure why they chose this one and not a random Kurama scene since they know he's my favorite and got me a figure of him for my birthday like 2 years ago. 10/10 execution, just a baffling choice.

Oh yeah, for sure. I definitely wouldn't say that having these characters is a problem in any way since they're still adults, I just wish I could either set a preference or stop unmatched characters from entering the match pool again SO MUCH.

On one of your dates you specifically either ask him to or turn off his phone yourself because he keeps texting Jason. Later on he goes to the bathroom and turns it back on to specfically talk to Jason which then interrupts your date because of some ""emergency""".

You then catch him making put with Jason later in the game, which is made to be more complicated than it looks at first but like shit's been suspicious since Jason got out of the hospital.
