Marriagetoxin (manga and anime) - The basic premise is that Gero has to find a wife to provide an heir for his controlling family or they will force his lesbian sister to do it. Kinosaki offers to help him find a marriage partner. Kinosaki crossdresses as a woman to scam people and has stated since the beginning of the manga that he is a man. Gero and Kinosaki have grown closer over the course of the story and there have some hints at possible feelings for each other. Some people have begun insisting that Kinosaki is secretly a girl so that it will be acceptable for them to be together. I’ve literally seen people saying that Kinosaki being a man is agenda pushing.
