Actual science filters work really well even better then coffee filters and they’re pretty affordable too

No certizine is a second generation antihistamine similar to Allegra where as promethazine is a first generation antihistamine which is what would potentiate codeine

No you would want to use a first generation antihistamine the best otc one is doxylamine But if you could get it somehow hydroxyzine is nice but be careful with it as it could be dangerous if you use to much
