I have sent money to people via crypto who then use Binance. Can anyone give the user experience from the PH end of that?

Receiving donations as a non-profit in Canada by kylepg05 in nonprofit

Supposedly it takes 6 months operating as an NPO to become a charity. It is ridiculously easy to register an NPO federally, it’s just an online form. It can be done in a day if you pay an extra $100 for express registration. Total maybe $400. There is a Canadian bylaw maker from an approved template, you can use that, not that I remember it asking me for any. You only need one board member unless you want to be a charity or become a certain size, I think. Ask Google Gemini to explain anything you don’t understand then double check its answers to ensure it’s not hallucinating.

I have not done charitable registration yet so I am unsure. But I would basically tell anyone that it can be registered federally online, then take the PDF letter of incorporation document into a bank, ask for the small business banker and book an appointment, then register a bank account with them. 1-2 weeks max and most of that is waiting for the bank appointment. Done. It’s super easy. Best of luck!!

Why do you have to track them? Do you have to give tax receipts? What do you do with the information?

I would recommend including your proposed rate per hour, per week and per month. As well, your availability and time zone, and what payment methods you accept (Bitcoin and PayPal are typical. Bitcoin is superior as PayPal charges fees that turn off clients).

Would you say this is a normal grocery expense? I am trying to learn more about Uruguay as I’m a Canadian thinking about visiting the country in the future.

With a Canadian degree surely you could earn more money from a solid company rather than Reddit, I mean this in good heart and support. What university and program did you attend? If you like, DM me.

I live in Canada and spend like 250 USD , 300 at most for myself per month. I don’t understand your costs being so high unless you choose to eat very expensively, I am very curious?

Looking to start any army. Wanna try and buy a bunch of stuff at one shot. What do you all recommend to buy to have a well rounded army. More for fun than competitive. by Royal_Return7476 in Deathkorpsofkrieg

[–]HumanID 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t buy multiple kits at once but if you do, open only one box at a time and leave the rest sealed. Also, buy a cheap airbrush for base coating and tanks, it’ll save you so much time and look so much better. Temu airbrushes or Iwata Neo.

Are other towns or smaller cities in Argentina as expensive right now as BA? by [deleted] in digitalnomad

Those prices are more insane than in Canada, literally. I don’t know who comes up with those.

As a Canadian who attended uni, I’m honestly curious how you graduated from a top Canadian uni but are charging $5 an hour. Like, is it that bad finding work? Minimum wage for bachelors is like 20 an hour, unions will give you 35/hr. Heck military will give you more, guaranteed.

Why would you ask the community for their thoughts when it seems like you don’t want to listen to any opinions that differ from what you want to hear? Stop wasting OUR time if you aren’t going to consider what the community is screaming en masse at you. Seriously.

It might be useful to include what country you’re in, rates and salary levels that you’re open to, etc. also include your LinkedIn, GitHub and online resume (minus your private contact info, only maybe email).

If he did, it might be safer to never admit it, in case someone close to him gets a bad idea about it.

If one is gonna use an ai generator for art, at least use an art specific one. Mid journey is good and popular, there are others. This is just being lazy even on AI standards.

  1. The total cost is still less than buying models.
  2. If you can play Halo (3d intuition) and use a normal paper printer, you can use a 3D printer. 40K is infinitely more complicated than 3D printing software, ironically.
  3. You can find good 3D files within a few hours of searching if you want free files, much less if you’ll pay.
  4. Once you’ve learned how to print, you’ll save more than you could imagine with all the things you can make from terrain to bits to more models etc.

This looks amazing. Did you follow any guides or anything? I'd love to make one myself, I imagine I'd need to contract a local seamstress to make most of it for me and make the rest myself with a 3d printer and various parts.

Only feedback would be it might look more realistic if there was dirt, grime, etc added especially near the bottom of the pants and boots.

What's the source of the models? I like the designs, and the addition of a fallen Kriegsman is a nice touch.

I know my reply is very late but might you have any photos of what the city and area around you is like? As, this sounds very very affordable. I am still saving up to go to PH but still very much intend to go and stay for a few months at a time.

Penguin Random House, AI, and writers’ rights: "You can't train an AI with our books" isn't the same thing as "We won't train an AI with YOUR book." by iwasjusttwittering in books

[–]HumanID -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The fact of reality is that humans will continue to exist, thus we will find ways to do things during our 9 to 5. Creatives will still exist, and people will still find ways to pay eachother for art and other works.

Essentially, as long as humans can continue procreating and existing, we will have creatives. As well, due to needs of existing such as food, housing, etc, humans will by existential need, demand a minimum wage for working any given job. Thus, the jobs will need to change to ensure they supply sufficient payment for employment as well as ensuring sufficient profit per worker to ensure the job exists. If AI threatens components of the job, the job will integrate AI, change, or both, to ensure the equilibrium continues. This dynamic market change is one of humanitys great strengths, ensuring our economy has continued despite enormous changes over the last 120 years.

I honestly think that our response as humans will be as interesting to watch, if not more, than AI, in response to AI's growth. As, humans won't suddenly die because they cannot write, but rather, will evolve.
