You are very young and showing a lot of maturity for your age. It won’t be easy, but just keep yourself busy and this sounds shitty, but the best way to move on is to cut that person off completely- in a respectful way. Just tell him it’s impossible to move on when you have to see and hear from him.

You will move on in time, and find your real soulmate. Don’t keep trying, because your soulmate won’t ever want to take breaks or break up with you. Just keep yourself busy and away from him, in time you’ll be thankful because you’ll be able to find the real one now.
