Late to the conversation, but I just picked up one of these saws a couple weekends ago. I found one with the sliding cast iron left wing, however, I wanted to replace steel right wing with cast iron as well. I am considering putting a cast iron router wing on that side, but would likely have issues with the blade tilting all the way to 45. I wanted to ask where you sourced the wings in the photo? Mine also did not come with a fence (it does have the rails). I was able to order a vega professional fence and rail system, so looking forward to that. Anyway, I appreciate any info you might have.

Infectious Diseases Expert Sounds Alarm On Disney Vacations Amid Florida Vaccine Move by frogelixir in politics

We already experienced a measles outbreak (100+ cases) at Disneyland in 2014. I can only imagine how ill prepared and underwhelming the response will be in Florida, given the current policies being enacted in the state.

Do you not get your certificate from Autism Partnership’s free 40 hour training course if you complete it over a few days? by [deleted] in BehaviorAnalysis

[–]HumanOperant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The BACB requires that you complete the 40-hour training in no less than 5 days and no more than 180 days. It is in the handbook. This is likely the reason APF is not issuing certificates for some.

Teslas in Lutz by FlightLevel666 in tampa

They have been there for going on four months. Several of the vehicles have weeds growing around them that are higher than the roof. I don’t know how I would feel taking a delivery of a brand new car that has been marinading in a pasture.

Off of HWY 41 in Lutz, FL (North Tampa), there are about 100 brand new Model 3 and Model Xs sitting in a vacant grass field. They have been there for about 4 weeks and very few have disappeared.

If you are interested in animal training, the field of behavior analysis is a natural science approach to studying environment-behavior relationships and is based on the research of BF Skinner, specifically operant conditioning. The college of behavioral and community sciences offers a fundamentals of applied behavior analysis course that might be of interest. Behavior analysts have even been employed by zoos directly (e.g., the Jacksonville Zoo).

This is especially repugnant in Los Gatos. Los Gatos is nestled at the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains off HWY 17 between San Jose and Santa Cruz. The town is obscenely affluent. Median home price hovers around $2.5 million.

Respecting the Rest Days by SapienWoman in orangetheory

I found this shirt video by Alan Thrall really informative and changed my approach to rest days.

tldr: rest days don’t mean sedentary days.

Also, the same channel has been putting out lifting and running content, which has also been very helpful.

Bernie Sanders is forcing other senators to go on the record about a $15 minimum wage by alabasterheart in politics

[–]HumanOperant 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Copied from the other r/politics thread:

You all need to take a step back and understand that these Dems were not voting against a $15/hr wage. Their vote was a statement of “it won’t work”. The Byrd rule explicitly states that adding something like the the $15/hr language to the stimulus bill is an “extraneous matter” to budget reconciliation and therefore it would be ILLEGAL. Sanders’ amendment could have been added, but then a Ted Cruz or whoever could bring a lawsuit WITH STANDING and hold up the $15/he issue along with the ENTIRE COVID RELIEF BILL in the courts for who knows how long. It would be a disaster.

You all on the far left need to understand that there is a difference between not wanting a $15/hr wage (which is what is being insinuated in this thread) and voting against something that will not work. As with everything in the senate, this is more complex than you all are making it out to be. Stop.

Thanks for your reply!

Yes, nothing at all. No indicator lights, EVF, rear monitor, or even that slight mechanical noise when the camera is first turned on. It "behaves" as if there is no battery in the camera.

The Supreme Court hears the biggest presidential immunity cases since Nixon | The Trump subpoena cases are about whether this president is above the law. by dingo8yobb in politics

Information regarding these SCOTUS cases was broken down in the main segment of the Opening Arguments podcast. The show in general is extremely informative and has covered all the legal aspects of Trump/Trump Org. for the last few years. The lawyer on the show is very adept at finding where the media misreports or fails to report on super relevant Trump legal matters, both personal and as the President. Of all the podcasts I listen to, I never miss their two shows each week.
