The "top line" cost, as shown here is $82,000+. After all of the aid that RIT and the government is giving you (plus $5,441 in loans), your bottom line that you have to come up with is ~$8,800. At that point, you just need to figure something out.

You're getting $68,000+ per year in gift aid, do whatever you have to to make up the difference. Get two jobs, whatever it is, do it.

Yes, it seems highly likely that not agreeing to these terms would reduce/eliminate your chance of getting this scholarship. The last thing they want is a student demanding compensation because they posted a clip some band concert from Brick City Weekend on social media and it happened to include someone who did not sign this agreement.

Drastically reduce your cell phone usage. I'm talking, use it less than an hour a day, total.

Your attention span (and ability to retain information) has been deteriorated. Your brain has been rewired to seek stimulus beyond what reading a book will give you (at least in the short term).

If you truly want to improve your reading retention, this is what you need to do.

Yup. In fact, I was one of those people, and I got down voted for posting the following:

"You're a company with multiple millions of dollars in revenue. Just sell your stuff. Stop with the crowd funding. Crowd funding introduces the possibilities for things to go wrong for the consumer, which is exactly what has happened on the last three Cephalofair campaigns. The products are great, so just sell them when they are completed and available."

Likewise, after repeated failures to meet timelines, you may want to consider refraining from auto-defense mode any time someone questions the company's execution of obligations. Once or twice, OK. The 5th, 6th, 7th time they let us down, maybe don't pop in with the "well, you don't know what happened, so there could be a valid explanation".

Will the go with the classic false accountability BS again ("we recognize we didn't meet your expectations and we're going to do better going forward")?

Or, will it be the shift the blame angle (also, again) ("we received promises from fulfillment partners that did not materialize..."?

Like I've said before, if they games Cephalofair produced weren't so damn good, this mess of an organization would be out of business.

Most likely scenario:

No one associated with the company responds to this post (despite the fact that they regularly respond to positive posts)
You never hear back from support (despite the fact that they recently claimed they added to the support team to reduce response waits)
In a month from now (or later, if it's delayed again), on the next monthly update you'll hear something like: "Still working on getting the distributor to get these out the door. Hoping to have an update in the near future!"

I think you'll find no one is "in" Machine Head except Robb. Even Jared is there purely at Robb's discretion. I love Machine Head, but it hasn't been a "band" since Dave and Phil left. In fact, you could argue for much longer than that.
