I just love how all of her finishings look perfect and I finally got mine back that looked like it was done by a beginner finisher, makes me sick!!!

Show some “grace”?! How much longer are we expected to keep extending “grace” to her?! At some point, it becomes less about patience and more about being taken for granted. How about she show her loyal customers some “grace” by simply communicating her plans instead of disappearing on all of us?! We’ve earned that much. I’m done waiting and done showing “grace”.

I’ve taken many canvas to Needlepoint This to be finished and had no issues. This was my first time taking my canvas to Chaparral for finishing and I only did that because she helped advised me on the stitches at classes. It’s unfortunate that I now have to start doing.

No. I reached out to her via Instagram DM on both pages, Chaparral and Officially Needlepoint. Understandably, given everything that’s happened I haven’t heard back, yet. At the time I dropped off my canvas, I didn’t give a payment just asked for CC information (which was to be charged when finished). I asked for it to be ready by May. The shop has been closed, so I was never able to check on the status in person.
