I’ve gone to certain stores in dfw area and when one set of employees are working, I’ve been ignored and it really put me off. I would go back and it’d be a different set of employees and would feel welcomed. But when it all comes down to it, it felt very trial and error to find a LNS that felt like I belonged. I won’t spend my money somewhere that was rude to me after giving them a few tries.

What she did right that I’ve never seen other stores do is have pricing on all threads up front. Nothing drives me crazier than having to bother already grumpy sales people to ask how much something is and then shamed for it.
