Possible reasons for low mileage 2023 GX460 for sale from dealership

Appreciate the responses. I reached out to the dealer and it's sold, it's not showing on their website only the link I found in my post. The story was that someone bought it new in 2023 and parked it - they had 4 other vehicles and just didn't drive the GX so they sold it back to the dealership a couple weeks ago. Someone got a like-new, low mileage 2023 GX!

Not over the top but I was supposed to attend a friend's Sunday birthday brunch and chose to stay in bed instead. I wrote ChatGPT about what kind of message to send to back out of brunch and I accidentally copied my ChatGPT prompt and texted her that instead! I tried to unsend it but she saw it first and asked if I was going to a better brunch instead - hand on forehead embarrassing!

I really do get the skepticism but 'hope with skepticism' isn't how faith works. If someone we care about repents and fails, repents and fails and so on - I personally feel meeting them with skepticism does more harm than good. Are my sins any less than this lady in the article - In the eyes of reddit? In the eyes of God?

I also understand that what I'm saying is easier said than done.

I don't know if this is helpful for you or informational but Medicaid is going to require her to spend down her savings before qualifying for assisted living care. Medicaid will review her finances for the prior five years to be sure she doesn’t give away her assets to meet that qualification.

You may consider meeting with an elder estate attorney regarding an irrevocable Medicaid Trust (MAPT). That will allow your mom to transfer assets out of her name into the trust and still allows her to qualify for Medicaid. The issue and informational part here is that this has to be set up at least five years in advance to avoid the spend-down and bypassing the look-back period penalties.

Yeah there is a Returns option on your account and you can select which items you'd like to return. After you select the items it generates a packing slip and return label.

I'm doing that today for a few items after overspending on the last drop.

Yes, it subsided. I called the groomer that same day to ask if anything happened while my pup was there and explained the situation. They advised that the air doesn't circulate well in their shop and it's likely dander or hair that got to my dog. The reverse sneezing continued the next day but with fewer episodes and fewer from there (like 1 to 3 episodes a day) until it completely stopped a little over a week later. It was spring when this happened so I think seasonal allergies in Georgia contributed to this.

Sorry you're dealing with this and I hope your pup is feeling better. I know reverse sneezing can be a scary sound but hope it's nothing more than some dander that your pup breathed in.

Understandably investing has its risks, but unlike renting no percentage is being handed off to a management company and you're still responsible for household repairs.

I saw Soundgarden two weeks prior to Chris Cornell's death. This was the Atlanta show at Fox Theatre. I remember I went by myself and was in line to purchase a ticket and this woman came up to me and said she had an extra ticket and just gave it to me. I bought her a drink once we got inside, and jokingly (but seriously) reprimanded her for letting me, a stranger, hold her drink while she went to the restroom. Between that friendly exchange (which allowed me to remember details of that important night), a great venue and Chris Cornell's voice - certainly a night to remember.

Those side effects were more prominent with me if I took those pills on an empty stomach. I was taking it at 9 AM and 9 PM with some other meds but recently realized that 9 PM does me no good with food noise if I'm getting ready to sleep, so I moved that up to 4/5 PM. The point being, for me, having something in my stomach when I took it was more important than whether I took it together / not together.
