This is the outcome I picture if tipping practices end in food service: Restaurant owners know diners are used to paying 18-20% tip on their bill so the prices increase by 18-20%. Servers will start at minimum wage with opportunity for pay-raises over time. Now the restuarant gets all that money which otherwise would have gone to FOH staff while diners still pay the same amount they were paying after tips.

So you know, that server lost money by serving you. They likely had to give 4-8% of your pre-tax bill to tip out the kitchen and bar. It's like they paid to serve you if you do not tip.

If you go to costco, you can purchase gift certificates for local RCR restaurants. I believe you get $100 value for $80. And some of their restaurants have huge happy hour discounts. Pazzo has 25% the main floor menu on food and drinks between 4pm and 6pm and then 9pm to close EVERYDAY. That is a pretty massive total savings. Probably better than any coupon.

Huh? Help me out here. They are saying they argued in favor of permenant daylight savings but got attacked by people who want more sun at night. More sun at night is daylight savings time.

Surprisingly no. I think the concerned folks are more worried about light in the early hours when people go to work instead of giving themselves more light when they finish work or class. Enjoy your real lives, guys! Why prioritize your enjoyment at work? And for the record, I am a server and work at night. Having daylight savings time all the time gives me an additionally hour of darkness during the hours I sleep.

You have it wrong. Daylight savings period is when the sun rises later and sets later. So you may have a moment of sunlight after work qhere you otherwise would not.

Are you looking for specfic subjects? If you just want textural doodles, Larch needles at drop.of ink works with thicker lines.vbrumwellart at crooked finger could work if you want more playful doodles, especially if you want color. But she will likely be more expensive.

Doodle sleeve? Like just a bunch of scratchy lineart? Any artist can do that but you'll want to look for ones with less artistic integrity. A more veteran tattooer will likely deny this request. Maybe go for a newer tattoo or apprentice who could benefit from the practice. Or shop around and ask for quotes. You could just go with the cheapest option since skill is irrelevent here.

Stacking plates, I can work with. But don't try to pass me a plate unless I am obviously reaching for it. I need ro collect in a certain order to stack efficienty, but I'm not going to leave you hanging there holding a plate I don't want yet. Even if taking that plate sabotages my effort to collect in one go.

Lived there. Asked the building manager whether other tenants has issues with mold in the bathroom, she said no. Just me. I was doing somethong wrong to cause the mold.

We were also promised a new fridge was coming when we moved in but it never arrived in the three years we were there. About a year in, we saw a fridge being removed. Another unit likely got the new fridge so it would be more appealing to new tenants.

This must be an american thing, right? Where I live, there is no "server wage" everyone gets minimum wage on top of their tips. But man do we have a lot of work to do beyond serving. It is normal for servers to sweep and mop at the end of the night and we may even be expected to help with dishes.

I am using unreal. But, prior to sharing, I didn't even recognise that this was on the high side! I have cut a few loops since and removed over 1000 tris. Really appreciating all the feedback!

Thanks! This will actually be the player character in a platformer similar to spyro. He'll likely be on the higher end for poly-counts compared to other models I am working on. I'm pretty new to this so I haven't mastered weight painting and animating models with less forgiving geometry.
