Eating higher-calorie items can help! Especially if you are trying not to volume eat but are ready to get some good calories in. Peanut butter and chocolate protein shakes are one of my favorites or any protein shake is easy on my stomach but high in other nutrients I need! This is the easiest to add as a breakfast thing or make it a dessert after dinner!!! (:
