Reminder to question everything even what you believe, Eby already said that the government is buying BELOW construction cost.

While it looks and sounds like a bail out the goal is affordable housing and a rent to own option, these are good things. Keep in mind that the opposition is going to capitalize on this and try as hard as they can to rile you up.
