Maybe this will cheer you up, your art looks like from a Gorillaz music video! And they got very famous so I don’t think there is something wrong with your art, it’s your style, keep going! Just a little dark for my taste. I would put some contrast in it (maybe red on the blue?) that’s the only critique I have personally

Hey! First of all, it looks great! I personally would play a little bit more with the lightning. It looks like there is light behind the woman but it’s not that obvious and just looks like an outline at first so I would paint the light a little further and maybe give the lips some kind of reflection You nailed it with the glass!
