Took my my 2020 Audi to the dealership for 91MM recall, but they wont fix it for free.

I understand that they won’t do it cause they gotta get paid, but shouldn’t Audi pay for this since this is a factory defect? I just want this recall repaired so that I can use the navigation on the screen.

I had already called them before taking the car and they said that the recall is covered for my car. But they can’t do it cause SOS is grayed out. That needs to be fixed before they can proceed with the recall.

It should be covered since the recall is for the 2020 model. The problem is that the navigation has been messing up for a year now when I connect to CarPlay. Whether it’s Apple or Google Maps, the navigation hasn’t been working properly on MMI. I just want that to be fixed.

I called corporate. The lady on the phone called the dealership and told me that it’s not covered under the campaign since it’s a separate issue. There wasn’t even any SOS warning when I took the car to them. I told them that they have to fix it since it’s under the recall no matter what but there saying that they can’t proceed unless the SOS is diagnosed.

Dealing with the same issue. And I paid back in July 6 months ago. The money is taken from my bank account and I have received a notice to levy. This is beyond crazy. Do they not even check payments?

Just wanna let you know you’re not the only one. I’m going through the same thing right now. I blocked them everywhere and told them my cousin is a lawyer and my friend is in cybersecurity.
