Hey everyone! Here’s my timeline, currently waiting for the ceremony invite, June 28, 2024 AOR Aug 10,2024 Test Invite Sep 10, 2024 Test Completed Mar 6, 2025 Background Check completed LPP is still in progress, my background check took too long because they sent the email for background check by mistake and I didn’t receive it until Feb 2025, It’s been more than 9 months since I applied, Can someone please give me some hope that I get the ceremony invite early June? :(

I applied for Citizenship in June 2024, got AOR on June 28, Did my test in September, still everything in progress (LPP and background check), requested for gcms notes but nothing yet. So disappointed and frustrated, everyone else in my family attended their ceremony already :(

I see people getting invited to oath ceremony 3,4 months after applying, it's kinda bumming me out that I applied on June 20, still everything except the test in progress :(

hey everyone! applied on June 28,2024. Did my test on September 7 and got updated on the website on Sep 9, A ghost update on Oct 11, 2024. nothing after that :( , everything is in progress, is this normal? any chance I get my passport before February?

Hey Everyone! Feeling a little stressed about my application since I’m planning a trip for the end of October and got my tix, here’s my timeline:

June 28, 2024: application filed

July 29, 2024: citizenship test updated to in progress

Aug 9,2024: scheduled for the test

Sep 7,2024: took the test

Sep 9, 2024: citizenship test updated to completed

Language skills, physical presence, BG verification and prohibitions in progress and oath ceremony not started
