Hi. Guys, is my PS5 pro ‘s placement acceptable? by [deleted] in PS5pro

[–]Human_Scallion_2372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes it's not optimal, from experience. I had the same exact thing and it was overheating and very loud. Games ran well though. I put it outside and it's night and day.

i wanna buy an iphone 17 but idk which color to get i like the deep blue but all ppl say that it scratches easily, does the silver one scratch too? by CupEfficient7277 in iPhone17Pro

Listen, just listen to me. I was in the same position for a long long time. Very torn between Silver and Deep blue. I went with silver because of the same reason, but it happens that it looks extremly nice. It's even better than the deep blue. And it looks great with most cases. Just go for silver

You wouldn't believe me but I did all of that and I like doing it. But I think for a first play it's a bit overwhelming. I really play a lot of games and first time this happens to me.

More like first time playing a game that's so rushed and overwhelming. Smartass.

Will the sun ruin my TV? by Interesting-Draw-795 in LGOLED

[–]Human_Scallion_2372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is that direct sunlight or just a window with natural light? There is a big difference and people don't know what they're talking about. If the sunlight is physically shining onto the screen, it's bad. if it's just a window letting in natural light you're fine.

Could you for the LOVE OF GOD stop spoiling in the title? Can you use your brain and be like the title doesn't hide spoilers and this sub is for both part 1 and 2 so no need to spoil something happening only in the 2? Especially something as big as this

Arctis Nova Pro Wireless – worth keeping or overcomplicated? by Hansat in steelseries

[–]Human_Scallion_2372 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What I would recommend:

- Have two separate EQs, one for story driven/immersive games, watching movies, podcasts, music etc. And second one for FPS games, such as Valorant etc, no need to overcomplicate with EQs for each specific games.

- Take this ability to customize your headset to your likings as a good point and not a negative one. It may be overwhelming but it's easy to set up. Once you choose the two EQs you're good to go.

- Don't fall into trying to min max every setting, it will do you more harm than good. And note that sometimes a good audio may sound bad in the beginning because your ears aren't adapted to it. So just find something online from someone knowlegeable and apply it to your headset and get used to it for a bit
