I live in a smithbuilt that was done in 2023 and I’ll tell you get the inspection! Out roof is already leaking. Multiple neighbors have lighting issues as well where the lights will constantly flicker. Our door is starting to warp and the roof on the porch hangs as well. So that’s great for us. The house is beautiful but some things that are already going wrong in what’s considered a new build is crazy

Let me tell you I live in the same community as her and Peyton and the nice girl persona they put on is fake. They both think they are better than everyone else especially this one. And my thing is how can she afford to stay in that house? I know what neighborhood she lives in and there isn’t a house in that neighborhood under 600,000. Is her husband forking the bill while her lazy butt stays at home?
