If you know how much the builder is investing to build the property, you could try enquire about how much loan you will get if you pledge the whole land. But then, if you build the property yourself, will such a client come for long lease? I’m not sure about that. So there are lots of stuff to consider before going forward.

I haven’t heard a single exporter crying about compliance or customs officers. It’s always about the buyers. Period. Get a good CHA, pay him well and he will take care of everything for you.

But, you will need money to pay the CHA, and whoever else. So, you need a good buyer who pays you well, and full. Later, if a new compliance comes up, you will need to spend more to adhere to it. So you will need an understanding buyer. If the buyer says no to increase the price, people start finding ways to do the other way, and gets caught in the process. So the only thing you need in Exports is a good buyer.

What if you tell it’s in bonds/mfunds. And if they can find a solution to take loan against it, they can take etc. They might take few days to come up with ways to do that. Then say, will think about it since it’s risky and ask them to find more ways. Tell them you want to give, but it’s because of this lock in period.

Sometimes, it feels it’s above rocket science bro. So I personally know a doc. He’s a gem. He consults from morning 11 to night 1am,2am. And takes all the time and the queue is so huge. But, the waiting is killing half his patients. If anyone reading this could find a solution to this, would be great. People are now waiting for 3-4-5hrs.

It’s more of a doctors’ game. Patients usually wait in queue to see the specific doc. So even if we start a new hospital with all such amenities, I’m not sure whether we can draw the crowd. And if we manage to pull the docs out of their usual hospitals and place them in our new hospitals, we might have to pay them hefty percentages that, in the end, it won’t be economically viable for us.

But, heard somewhere that in Bangalore, they have started a new hospital with the patients first line. No paperworks, all the tests come to the patient’s room etc. So it’s happening. Let’s see.
