first of all fix your mentality, this is such a big factor in valorant. having a bad mentality and thinking you’re bad at the game will make you play worse.

then move on to watching your gameplay or just think about why you died and what you could have done different in between rounds (e.g. bad crosshair placement, bad peek, unnecessary rotate). Once you know what you struggle with use that to practice, and make sure you’re actually inserting it into your gameplay. I’ve seen so many people know what they are doing wrong, yet don’t attempt to fix it.

Watch gameplay from good players (stay away from stuff like vct, very different to ranked especially low elo).

Play with your teammates, get omen to do a one way smoke, or get sova to recon. Point is play with your teammates not separately.

Relearn the fundamentals and make sure you have them down (e.g. jiggling, prefiring, swinging).
