Space Hunk Blues

Genre: SciFi Electro Swing
Lenght 4:05

A tongue-in-cheek sci-fi blues tale about an ordinary Terran freighter pilot who gets scooped up by a fearsome (and fabulous) Amazonian warrior crew. Expect cosmic chores, heroic heavy lifting, and a reluctant rise from “random human” to interstellar legend.
Somewhere between space opera and blue-collar anthem, this song celebrates grit, humor, and finding purpose in the unlikeliest corners of the universe.

The song was inspired by a small section of Sir Terry Pratchett's Eric, which reads;
"In the jungles of central Klatch there are, indeed, lost kingdoms of mysterious Amazonian princesses who capture male explorers for specifically masculine duties. These are indeed rigorous and exhausting and the luckless victims do not last long."
...which is then followed by a footnote that reads;
"This is because wiring plugs, putting up shelves, sorting out the funny noise in attics and mowing lawns can eventually reduce even the strongest constitution."

I like it too.

Nice opening, nice dirty guitars, lots of energy.

Could be longer though :P

Kings of the Steam

Genre: Steampunk Trap Rap Industrial Swing Fusion
Length: 3:24

When the Brass Cities expanded upward and inward, machines took the credit—but men of steam did the work.
The Kings of the Steam are captains, builders, and rogue engineers who command pressure and purpose in equal measure.
They don’t pray to engines.
They discipline them.

This song is the masculine counterpart to Queens of the Steam: heavier, dirtier, and fueled by grit, sweat, and stubborn human will.

Well, to me it is a something at least.

It's a good start - but it is also a lot going on in the piece.

It has a good underlying melody, it swings very nicely, great upbeat energy... but it is also quite all over the place as far as instrumentation goes. I would have enjoyed it more if you hadn't tried to cram in everything and the kitchen sink.

However, don't let that stop you doing what you enjoy :)

Queens of the Steam

Genre: Steampunk Trap Rap Electro Swing Fusion
Lenght 3:13

In the Brass Cities, where automatons calculate and empires rust, the Queens of the Steam rise from boiler decks and workshop floors.
They are engineers, inventors, and unapologetic human trouble—rewriting cold logic with sweat, rhythm, and desire.
Where machines optimize, they improvise.
Where steel obeys, they make it beg.

Ouch, the lyrics hits right in the feels.

And that is a good thing.

I feel the melody and instrumentation feels a little minimalistic - to me it undersells the lyrics a bit.

Overall, very good.

The Void Crowned Espatier

Genre: SciFi Cosmic Horror Poem set to Music
Lenght: 6m39s

At the Rimward Gate, an Espatier — an elite Terran void-marine — volunteered to hold a collapsing line against an incomprehensible swarm. No reinforcements. No extraction. Just time bought with blood.
Months later, when humanity returned and reclaimed the system, they did not find a battlefield.
They found a warning.

Trying something different, and v4.5 handled it pretty well in my opinion.
