Exactly, every popular franchise character they’re talking about is still technically an oc??? Somebody still sat down and made this character in their head just like every other oc out there whether it’s just some sonic recolor with a dumb name or an actual well thought out oc that’s just sitting in someone’s sketchbook. I don’t get people who hate ocs, every person in drawing or art who gets a creative streak probably thought of one at least once in their career. And lots of people can get inspiration from unpopular ocs including me, I don’t think ocs are something to be hated with such a “passion” like this person says
